| QUORUM | Roll call was conducted by Board Secretary, Melissa Sanders. | ||||||||
| Members Present: Lynette Blanchard, Kenny Hoefling, | |||||||||
| Rob Held, Ed Vondrak, Steve Eddy. | |||||||||
| OTHERS PRESENT | Also in attendance was: Al Steen, Superintendent; | ||||||||

| CONSENT ITEMS | Agenda: Motion by Hoefling, Second by Vondrak, | ||||||||
| it was RESOLVED: To approve the agenda. | |||||||||

| ACTION ITEMS | Approve closed session: Motion by Eddy, Second by | ||||||||
| Blanchard, it was RESOLVED: To hold a closed session as provided | |||||||||
| in section 21.5(l)(c) of the open meetings law to discuss strategy with counsel | |||||||||
| in matters where litigation is imminent and where it's disclosure would be | |||||||||
| likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of this school district in | |||||||||
| that litigation. | |||||||||
