| CALL TO ORDER | The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by | ||||||||

| QUORUM | Roll call was conducted by Board Secretary, Melissa Sanders. | ||||||||
| Members Present: Lynette Blanchard, Randy Riediger, Rob Held, | |||||||||

| Secretary Sanders stated that a quorum was present. | |||||||||

| ACTION ITEMS | Approve closed session: Motion by Vondrak, Second by Riediger, it was | ||||||||
| RESOLVED: To approve going into closed session as provided | |||||||||
| in section 21.5(l)(c) of the open meetings law to discuss strategy with | |||||||||
| counsel in matters where litigation is imminent and where its disclosure | |||||||||
| would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of this school | |||||||||
| district in that litigation. | |||||||||
