Hinton Schools will be implementing Virtual Learning on future Snow Days when possible. Building principals will be sending out more information on what that will mean for their respective levels. Virtual snow days will work best when we know in advance inclement weather is coming and our teachers can plan accordingly and prep for the virtual learning.
Parents who have internet connectivity needs should contact the school so we can provide a hotspot for you.
Families will receive a notification similar to the picture below that we will have a virtual day. This could happen the night before the day we go virtual or in the morning by 6:00 am. In some cases, we may not be able to set up for the virtual learning and we will have to take a snow day and then make it up at a later date.
