Members of the Student Council and BLC led the 2nd Quarter Soaring Summit. The "O" in SOAR stands for optimism. Students showing optimism were recognized by staff and their peers.


An escape room was a fun way to review for the freshman science test!

A great job to our boy and girl wrestlers this weekend at our home meet!

The dance team brought home some hardware from State Dance in Des Moines last week! They placed 5th in Lyrical and 6th place in Pom. Come out tomorrow night to watch them perform their state routine during the boys halftime basketball game!

Blackhawk Leadership Council students have "adopted" elementary classrooms. During their visits, they will be promoting leadership and the 7 Habits. This month, they talked about Putting First Things First and priorities.
