We will be having an in-person Spring concert next Monday, May 10th for 4th-8th graders! Because of COVID-19, we will be staggering the performances. Here is the schedule for the evening:
6:00-6:20: 4th grade performance
6:20-7:00: 5th and 6th grade vocal music and band performance
7:00-7:30: 7th/8th grade choir and band performance
Please have your students arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled performance. Please see the attached image for more information!

Update to the senior class photo! We will take your senior class photo tomorrow, Wed. May 5th at 11:50a. We will dismiss seniors at that time, meet outside the main front doors. Girls - wear Blackhawk white; Boys - wear Blackhawk black.

Tomorrow is the last day to pay for a yearbook. If you ordered one & haven't paid yet, be sure to bring payment to Mr. Sussex by Fri., Apr. 30th. All unpaid orders will be cancelled, but can be placed on the waiting list.
Hinton Speech Club members will present their speech pieces at our Speech Night on Friday, April 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School gym. There is no cost to attend and all are welcome!
Due to an audio issue, the movie after Friday night's HPA Spirit Glow Fun Walk/Run will be shown in the elementary gym. Face masks will be needed. If you forget one, we will have extras.

This is the last week to order & pay for a 20-21 yearbook. All orders and payment must be submitted to Mr. Sussex by Friday, April 30th. It's $50, but if you don't submit by Friday and still want one you'll need to be added to the waiting list.
Our HS dodgeball competitions have started, tournament bracket style. Today, Mrs. Bolinger's HR went 2-0, & Mrs. Nelson's HR won their 1st game. More to come next Friday!
7-8th graders get to go to Hillview tomorrow after lunch as a celebration for "Raising the Bar" on the ISASPs.
