Semester tests for grades 7-12 are Thursday and Friday. Due to Covid, we will not have the traditional open campus option. High school students do not need to be at school until their first semester test and can leave after their last semester test for that day, but we want some communication of approval from parents/guardians in these situations. Students in 9-11th grades will need to stay in school and go to their study halls and lunch if they have a test later in the day. 9-11th graders will not be able to leave school during lunch if they have a test after lunch. Seniors can continue with open campus, like before. If you have any questions, please call the high school office.

Scratch Cupcake Sale order forms will be coming home early this week with TK-6 students. This is an HPA fundraiser to update TK-3 iPads and the 4-6 playground. Helpful info:
Order forms are due back at school on January 15.
Please send all orders (with the seller's name at the top) to the elementary office. Mrs. Rhodes has to enter them all on a spreadsheet.
Families with more than one child are welcome (and encouraged) to put all orders on one form.
Cupcakes will be delivered and ready for pick up on February 9. Families must pick them up at the elementary between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. The cupcakes arrive frozen and must be picked up on time.
Thank you for your help with this fund raiser!

Due to Covid, AEA has had to make changes to the hearing screening process that they offer us every year. This year only, our TK and KDG class, any known hearing loss and any referrals will be screened for hearing loss. We appreciate this wonderful service they offer and respect that this year will look different. If you have questions, please direct them to tina.zimney@hintonschool.com or 947-4327
