Our FBLA members attended an informative discussion hosted by Sioux Center FBLA to learn more about FBLA and FBLA events. They got to listen to the Iowa FBLA District 2 Vice President speak about her experience in FBLA. We are excited to learn more about this organization!
Congratulations to members of our Hinton Speech Team! They performed at State Contest on Saturday at Kuemper Catholic High School in Carroll. Our Blackhawks made us proud and earned either good or superior ratings! Way to go!

Iowa Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Naig, visited the 4th grade class to kick off March's Read Across Iowa. He was greeted by FFA members then read a book to the students about grape production. The students wrapped up the activity by sampling different varieties of grape juice and jelly. Sidney Riemschneider, from Ag in the Classroom, presented the lesson.
