Brooks Beitelspacher, Taylor DeRocher, Mady Hoppe, Lainee Sitzmann, and Jaidyn Weber participated in the District FFA Livestock Judging Contest at the Clay County Fair on Saturday. Brooks Beitelspacher placed 8th overall and the team placed 5th! Congratulations!

Mark your calendars Hinton Blackhawks! Our dance team is hosting a Community Impact Night from 4-8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 16 at Pizza Ranch on Floyd Blvd. The girls are raising money to pay for choreography, costumes and their trip to state. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Addison Kovarna, FCCLA State President, completed a school visit at Sergeant Bluff-Luton HS, explaining how to get involved and the benefits of being a member of FCCLA.

PBIS Shirt sales start today. If your child has a shirt, you do not need to purchase another one, however you might want to check it out because there are new colors and options available. PK-6 staff and students wear our PBIS shirts on the last day of each month when we celebrate our Students of the Month.
