For this year's winter service project, the 7-8 students raised money to buy gifts for children on Hinton's Peoples Bank Angel Tree. Students raised over $300 to buy for those in need this holiday season.

The welding students had the pleasure of having former 2018 Hinton graduate Zeb Binneboese come in and show them the basics of TIG welding and give them some hands-on demonstrations and training. He also spoke to the students about his education and work experiences in becoming a welder. He also discussed the job opportunities for welders in today's job market and how he transformed his experience and knowledge into his own business that started in the corner of his dad's shop in 2020 and grew it into a successful business that travels to multiple states around the country today.

8th grade TAG students spent December learning about one of their passions. This week, students presented their Passion Projects.

The 6th grade TAG students finished their Tiny Home unit by working together to make Gingerbread Houses. This project required a lot of creativity, communication, and problem-solving. The kids had a blast with their houses!
